Decentralization and Efficient Service Delivery in Local Governments(Article)

This collective volume on decentralization and service delivery in local governments, notably in Uganda, is the outcome of a conference organized in Kampala in 2009 by Uganda Martyrs University and University of Groningen. The volume highlights the importance of citizen participation in local governance as a foundation for efficient service delivery.
