Abstract
This study concerned with assessing the effect of working conditions on employee’s performance. All the findings that have been obtainable in this research report are in relation to the same subject.
From this point of view, the researcher has main objectives of this topic as the opinion of the observation of people about working condition as an effect on employees’ performance with particular emphasis on the area of Nakawa Division in BRAC micro finance institution. Particular emphasis was also laid on finding out the effect of motivation, establishing the effect of reward system and determinants of job satisfaction as the specific objectives. A review of relevant and related literature was done in chapter two in relation to the research.
Chapter three looked at the research methodology where the researcher considers the analysis of methods to come up with the needed results in line with the research topic which is; the effect of working conditions on employees performance .This chapter gives: The introduction, Research Design, study Population, Sample Size, Data source, instruments of Data Collection, data collection methods, Data processing and analysis, data collection procedure, validity and reliability and ethical consideration. In chapter four, the introduction, the presentation of respondents, background and their responses, analysis and interpretation of data collected on working conditions as an effect on employee’s performance were discussed. The researcher discussed all these in relation to the objectives and questions of the study.
In chapter five, summary of findings, conclusions and recommendations resulting from the responses of the respondents on the effect of working conditions proved that employees performance improves but only when good working conditions are in place and maintained.
