A structured questionnaire and interview guide were used to gather primary data while secondary data was extracted from annual reports, books and online journals. The result of the study revealed that there is a positive strong relationship between transport and Performance of NHP; that there is a positive high relationship between storage management and Performance of NHP and finally a positive moderate relationship between production management and Performance of NHP. In view of the above findings, the study concludes that NHP has adopted the various supply chain management practices and these practices have assisted the company to enhance the performance as supported by the results from correlation analysis conducted that indicated that there is a positive relationship between supply chain management and organization performance. The study therefore recommended that the organization should strengthen their supply chain management by putting greater effort to the implementation of some key best practices, the organization should create awareness forums to educate users on applicable laws and regulations such as the PPDA and lastly the organization should enhance their technological capacity so as to accommodate greater collaboration and information sharing between the firm and suppliers as well as internally.
