Conclusively, some health workers give partial information to the patients while others allege the space and equipments makes them delay while delivering services hence some patients end up leaving without receiving the medication they intended to get in time. Furthermore, employee remuneration equals service delivery however this study indicates that there is a mismatch between the two variables thus employee remuneration is available but service delivery is lacking.
The recommendations are that Health workers should be educated on the importance of involving beneficiaries in planning and managing service delivery, and the hospital should be well equipped with both staff and equipments to treat patients. The areas for further are the role of remuneration on competitiveness of Health centres and the role of decentralization on health service delivery.
