Biography

"Bendicto Kabiito is a Lecturer in the Department of Governance, Peace, and international studies, and the Servicing Dean of the School of Arts and Social Science. Kabiito is a graduate of philosophy, environment, peace and conflict studies, and a lecturer of anthropology, ethics, environmental management, and urban management. His research interests cut across areas of environment and climate protection, anthropology of conflict and peace, conflict resolutions, traditional justice systems and environmental governance. His publications are in areas of conflict resolution, climate justice, climate protection, environmental governance, and sustainable education. He holds a special passion for nature; ecology and tree-based climate protection practices."
